B.T.Nemera est né le 11 septembre 1981 à Ambo, en Éthiopie.Il a étudié à l'université Jimma - Ambo Agricultural College à Ambo.Il a obtenu un diplôme en chimie en 2006.Il a ensuite étudié la maîtrise de la gestion et du leadership au Cambridge International College.Il a obtenu un diplôme de maîtrise en sciences alimentaires et en nutrition à l'université d'Addis-Abeba, en 2016.
