This book carries out the state of post-conflict reciprocal perception between ex-combatants and the populations in three (03) localities located in the West and Southwest of Côte d'Ivoire. This is a baseline study conducted in 2014 in support of the actions of the Authority for Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (ADDR) set up after the 2011 post-election crisis in Côte d'Ivoire. This study, which could serve as a reference for the effective conduct of Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) operations in post-conflict situations in Africa, was conducted through the collection and analysis of opinions, facts and testimonies involving approximately four hundred (400) people including Civil and Military Administrative Authorities, local elected officials, community leaders, association leaders, as well as three hundred (300) former combatants.
