At the end of 2020, Rebecca suddenly had a lot of time on her hands. She had just sold her business, her father, who she had been helping care for (dementia) passed away. So, she decided to try writing. Once she started, she couldn't stop. she finished three books in one year. Her sister, Yvonne Tillapaugh, has been writing as well, and they keep each other motivated. Rebecca lives in Oklahoma with her husband Ron. She has four grown children and three grandchildren, as well as a pit bull named Cooper. In addition to writing, she enjoys renovating furniture and gardening.
