John Shirley is the author of numerous novels, including Demons, Wetbones, Cellars, City Come A-Walkin', A Splendid Chaos, Bioshock: Rapture, Demons, The Other End and the Eclipse cyberpunk trilogy, A Song Called Youth, (Dover Books). His newest novels are Stormland and A Sorcerer of Atlantis. His story collection Black Butterflies won the Bram Stoker Award. His new story collection is The Feverish Stars. He is co-screenwriter of The Crow and has written teleplays and animation. Jackanapes Press released his book of weird poetry, The Voice of the Burning House and will soon be releasing the new expanded edition of his story collection, Really Really Really Really Weird Stories. He wrote the lyrics for five songs on the Blue Oyster Cult's new hit album, The Symbol Remains.
