Financial markets are built upon several individual sectors, which collectively play a vital role in a country's economy. The housing sector is one of the strongest relative factors of the UK economy that has a strong connection with the stability of economic growth. In this book, we examine the use of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to predict trends within the UK residential property market by estimating the future average house price, while using the national economic, employment, social and residential property time-series data for the training purposes.
