YANNI YAN is Associate Professor in International Business and Management Studies at the City University of Hong Kong, having lectured at Essex University and Cambridge University in the UK. She has researched the ownership, corporate governance, organizational learning, corporate culture, international technology transfer and performance of international strategic alliances in China for more than ten years.
