Africa is the object of unprecedented covetousness between traditional powers and neo-powers of the South. Thanks to its immense human and agricultural potential and its natural resources, we are witnessing a rush of all public and private actors with capacities in Africa. This book analyzes these different actions, particularly those of the BRICS: through China's trade and investment policy in Africa; through the investments of the BRICS in Africa; and finally the need for corporate social responsibility in the highly strategic sectors of mining and energy.
