In this book, the author deals with prospective and methods of evaluation of public policies. It is composed of six parts, each of which is the subject of a conclusion. The first part is devoted to the problematic of public policy evaluation; in the second part, he reviews the theoretical literature; the third part is devoted to econometric methods of public policy evaluation; the fourth part deals with econometric methods of public policy simulation; the fifth part is devoted to the analysis of public policies in Africa; the sixth part deals with the mechanisms for constructing indicators in development aid policies and their evolution.
