He holds two Bachelor Degrees in Guidance and Counselling and Theology from the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti and Baptist Theological Seminary,Kaduna respectively. He is presently a M.Th candidate of Christian Philosophy. Owoeye, his wife and daughter currently serves as Chaplain at Gray¿s College
