Corin Hirsch is an award-winning culinary writer at Seven Days, the alternative weekly newspaper in Burlington, Vermont. She profiles chefs, farmers, cheese makers, brewers and trends in this hotbed of farm-to-table fare, and develops seasonal recipes and cocktails.
