The purpose of this methodical manual is the formation of tolerance among university students. Tolerance is considered as a special principle of building interaction between people, based on the basis of dialogue and cooperation, implying readiness and ability to constructive interaction with different people, based on the awareness of their own and others' individuality. Tolerance - as the ability to have your own opinion, position, and at the same time to respect and recognize the right of the "other" to perceive and think differently, as well as to be ready to build an interaction based on understanding and taking into account other points of view. Thus, the developed training program is complex, it is directed on development of ability to manage the behavior, emotions, communication, and includes cognitive component (informing on tolerance and increase of social-psychological competence), emotional-volitional (affective - perfection of skills of social perception and development of emotional self-control with the process of communication and activity) and behavioral (development and formation of skills of dialogue, social flexibility, self-government in communication).
