The major objectives of the investigation are as follows: To formulate the ODDS of famotidine using different polymers and osmogen example Nacl, Fructose, Kcl, Sucrose, xylitol, sorbitol, Dextrose, citric acid, tartaric acid. Evaluation of the prepared ODDS. To carry out the in vitro dissolution studies of the ODDS in simulated gastric environment.
