I am an award-winning screenwriter from Brooklyn New York and a published author with 5 books on Amazon. I've recently completed a feature script for "Forty Shades of Green: The Junkman of Brooklyn". I've also won awards for the limited series version of the story as well: "Best Television Pilot/Adapted from Another Medium" at the 2024 Marina del Rey Film Festival, "Honorable Mention" at the 2024 New York Screenwriting Awards, "Semi-Finalist" at The 2024 Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival, Quarter Finalist, 2024 Vail Screenwriting Contest, Finalist, 2025 American Story Showcase etc. I've had a life-long fascination with my great-grandfather, Michael Flynn, the Junkman of Brooklyn, who came to New York as a 3 year old on 1854 and became the czar of a scrap metal empire. I am hoping to bring his story to the big screen.
