This document is an end of cycle thesis in human resources management. It is the result of a study carried out at the Yalgado OUEDRAOGO University Hospital Center (formerly called Yalgado OUEDRAOGO Hospital) on the existing human resources management system and the problem of setting up a system for the provisional management of jobs and skills. It deals with all the major axes of human resources management in the anticipative part to meet the requirements of an increasingly demanding professional world. Solutions are proposed for the acquisition, development, motivation and retention of employees.
