Hilary Mbadiwe Ogbu was born in Umuoleyi Obollo Etiti Udenu L.G.A of Enugu State Nigeria on the 3rd of june 1952.He attended University of Jos,Jos 1976-1980 University of Nigeria,Nsukka 1995-1998 Ebonyi state university,Abakaliki 2002-2008 He obtained B.Sc,M.Sc,PhD respectively.with specialization in differential equation and its applications.
