He has earned a raft of accreditations since graduating in 1984 from Arizona State University with a bachelor of design science from the school of architecture and a bachelor of science from the school of business in finance. His credentials include LEED ( Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ) and CFRS ( Certified Foundation Repair Specialists). He has certifications related to measuring moisture and strength in concrete, has served as an expert witness in court cases, and holds four patents. Bob is an EPA - certified Radon measurement and mitigation specialist, and an Arizona Department of Real Estate-approved continuing education provider.
