Autorenporträt
Kali Bogaard Roy, MS, CGC, is a perinatal genetic counselor at University of Utah Health. She graduated from the University of Utah graduate program in genetic counseling. Previously she completed a Master's of Science in Human Genetics and Genomics at the University of Connecticut. She is current faculty member of the University of Utah graduate program in genetic counseling where she acts as a co-director of the Perinatal Genetics course, rotation supervisor, and guest lecturer in other courses. She is former president of the local genetic counseling group Association for Utah Genetic Counselors (AUG). Amber Mathiesen, MS, CGC, is licensed and board certified genetic counselor in prenatal genetics at the University of Utah where she has been working since 2010. In addition to patient care, Amber participates in the University of Utah Graduate Program in Genetic Counseling (UUGPGC) as a co-director for the Perinatal Genetics course and as a prenatal rotation supervisor. Amber also acts as a research committee member and mentor for various genetic counseling students. Amber earned her M.S in Genetic Counseling from the University of Utah in 2009.
