Joel resides in Decatur, Georgia, but he is an Atlanta native. He has two precious granddaughters, and he loves to read bedtime stories to them. It was in these stories that Zoom-Boom came alive. He uses his Christian beliefs to tell and share Zoom-Boom's and his friends' many adventures.
