Colonel (Ret, USAR) Ivan Beggs retired from the US Army Reserves with two Bronze Stars, and a Legion of Merit. A graduate of the US Army War College. He an engineer company in Vietnam, then in the Reserves commanded an engineer battalion, field artillery battalion, and then a group. He also retired from The Timken Company with the position of Program Manager. He has worked, lived, and traveled in the US, Europe, India, China, Vietnam, and South America.
