Fourteenth and Central by Donna J. Hall Nobles is a collection of devotionals that invite you to stop and consider various aspects of your faith. Through short, friendly vignettes that combine stories with Scripture, Donna uses a personal touch to inspire and uplift readers. Each of these devotionals is like sitting down with a cup of coffee to chat with a dear friend about everything-from the tiny joys and disappointments of everyday life to the big events that make or break us. In all situations, we are invited to stop and consider God.

Autorenporträt
I believe daily experiences to be a source of inspiration and God thoughts which if applied can lead to successful, meaningful living. My background in Christian Education perhaps explains my tendency to see lessons and opportunities to learn around every corner. I have felt God's presence in every imaginal situation. I grew up in Benton Harbor, Michigan. My career has included teacher, minister's wife, and caseworker at the Division of family and Children --State of Indiana. After retiring, I have devoted by time to the Worship Arts department of the church I attend. I have a son and daughter-in-law who live in Texas. A daughter and son-in-law live in South Carolina. A son, Andy, died at age 21. Three granddaughters and one grandson make me a proud grandmother. My goal is to write in such a way to inspire and encourage a reader to grow in his/her awareness of God in life.
