Neusa é formada em História pela Faculdade de Ciências e Letras de Itajubá, Minas Gerais. Depois de dedicar-se por anos à Educação no Brasil, ela passa a viver na Alemanha - na região do Reno. Atualmente dedica-se à uma nova atividade profissional no atendimento às necessidades físicas, sociais e psicológicas de pessoas com deficiências físicas e ou mentais.
