This work proposes a real synthesis of the works published in the scientific literature on the early symptomatology of learning disabilities, through a bibliographic survey, including 130 varied references: books, articles and field studies in three languages Arabic, French and English. The author identified the most important titles and themes related to learning and developmental disabilities, which allowed him to summarize the gaps and suggest ideas that could open new research perspectives in this field. The main objective of this handbook is to help disseminate to parents and preschool teachers simple ideas about the early warning signs of learning disabilities in young children in order to help them take care of them by considering their specific needs. We also aspire to orient the researcher in this field to a multi-referenced theoretical framework model.
