Autorenporträt
The Author: Xavier Fraudet is a specialist in Contemporary History of International Relations. He received his master's degree from the Université Paris 1-Panthéon-Sorbonne and his Ph.D. from the Stockholm University. His main research interests are French foreign and security policy and European security.
