Is there a relationship between fraud risk with organizational culture and organizational commitment? This research concluded that there is a relationship between these variables as indicated by Spearman's rho corresponding to (-0.506) and (-0.259) respectively and with a significance level of less than 0.05 in both cases (0.00 and 0.017) thus rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis indicating that there is a relationship between the variables. This means that the higher the organizational culture and organizational commitment, the lower the risk of fraud within the institution.
