Dr. Michael (Mike) D. Riches, D.Div. has served as a lead pastor for over 40 years, and is currently in full-time pastoral ministry, along withhis wife, Cindy, in Gig Harbor, Washington, where he serves as lead pastor of Harborview Fellowship. Since 2001, Mike has ministered around the United States and overseas as the Founder and Director of The Sycamore Commission (www.sycamorecommission.org), a growing international teaching and equipping ministry committed to the support and reformation of the Church. Believing strongly that Jesus intended for His mission to continue with His disciples both then and now, the focus of the Sycamore Commission's ministry is to serve the Body of Christ by helping church leaders, churches, and individual Christians understand, fully recover, and live out the powerful, life-changing, Kingdom-advancing ministry of Jesus Christ.Mike's ministry involves teaching, training, leadership development and support, and freedom prayer training.
