Tison Muteba é um bom escritor de produções variadas nos campos literário, histórico, antropológico e pedagógico. Foi professor de Francês e Filosofia; Prefeito de Estudos; hoje Inspector no Ministério do Ensino Primário, Secundário e Técnico. Em política, Vice-Governador Honorário.
