Dr. Megan Olivia Hall, Ph.D. is a science and agriculture educator in St. Paul Public Schools, where she teaches food science and other classes. A National Board Certified Teacher, she is the 2014 Minnesota Teacher of the Year and a 2015 NEA Foundation Global Fellow. Megan lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with her husband, two kids, and three cats. When she's not concocting new recipes (or old favorites) in her kitchen, she can be found canoeing on the St. Croix River.
