This study aims to develop an unconventional idea, work, design, or method to solve the problem of freshwater shortages and fight hunge. Climate change is expected to negatively impact crop yields, particularly in the hungriest parts of the world, such as sub-Saharan Africa. Growing water use and rising temperatures are expected to further increase water stress in many agricultural areas by 2025. The second scenario will be use the Small Modular Reactor to desalinate sea water and cultivate tree and crops of fodder on the coast such as, Ber (Zyzyphus mauritiana), aonla (Emblica officinals) Suaeda vermiculata, Suaeda maritima, Atriplex halimus, Salicornia species.we will focus on the halophytes Atriplex, Suaeda and Salicornia. In another word we will make Parallel strips on the seacoast. Parallel strips act as a biotic pump to change the local climate and make it milder and increase rainfall, reducing the amount of water needed for agriculture. We will use all available resources in the coastal desert as sea water, desert and air.
