A cross-sectional analysis is done in selected Model Youth Centers with primary focus on facility inventory, providers' attitude, interaction of providers with youth, and service characteristics. This report gives some information to the reproductive health needs and service preference of adolescents and young adults and will be helpful for policy makers, reproductive health service providers at facility levels and to all players engaged in Youth reproductive health, primary and secondary health care in developing world.
