Autorenporträt
I am married with two daughters one son and three beautiful grandsons. They are all grown and out of the house. My oldest is Brandi, she's married and has Nicholas who's four years old and Anthont who's seven years old. My youngest is Gerri, she has Josiah who is Eight years old. My son has said no to children so far. I have been a housewife and mother all my life. I was born with epilepsy and it has never been fully controlled. I must say it has left me with a lot of time to write, which I love doing more than anything. Because of my condition, I am limited to my use on the computer. It does cause me problems sometimes, so probably eighty percent of my book is written by hand, and then quite quickly put on the computer. My motivation for writing this book is my grandsons. I have read to them since they were born. My oldest who is now eight is now writing me stories. Kids spend so much time in front of computers and televisions today that I believe books are getting lost in the shuffle. Both of my daughters read to their kids before bed every night because that's what I used to do,and that is a fond memory they have. I would love nothing more than to keep that alive for other families out there.
