Pamela Cali Bankston lives in South Louisiana where the steamy and sticky weather inspired her to create her character Frizzy Frieda in the first book in the series, Frizzy Frieda's Gymtastrophe. There are at least three books planned in the delightfully illustrated Frizzy Frieda series. Certified in pediatrics, she continues to practice as a Registered Nurse along with pursuing her writing, while still providing health care to Covid-19 patients. She is grateful for the support of her family, friends, and fellow authors from Creative Minds Writer's Group who encourage her to Be herself and find her own way to shine! Pamela Cali Bankston is the author of Frizzy Frieda's Gymtastrophe, the first book in the Frizzy Frieda series, which includes delightful illustrations and humorous stories for middle grade girls.
