Vinesh Sukumaran is an Organizational Development Consultant based out of Bangalore. He has trained and coached over 20,000 people to bring about behavioural change and find more meaning in work and life. Though a trained Mechanical Engineer, Vinesh has been a result oriented consultant for several individuals and corporations like L&T, Hewlett Packard, Aricent, Daimler, NetApp, Oil India Limited, Amadeus, The Tata Group, Practo, The Indian Space Research Organization and over a hundred others. He currently studies the applications of Positive Psychology and Sports Psychology for better Coaching, Leadership and Performance, through the University of Missouri. He is a guest faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and has varied interests apart from writing, like Art, Juggling, Bike Rides, Blues Music and the Zen Philosophy. Vinesh has written a few hundred articles about his observations on human behaviour patterns and wellbeing, many of which are published in popular wellness and lifestyle magazines in India. He has also been following a path of Meditation for over 2 decades, through the mentorship and guidance of the Manasa Light Age Foundation.
