Born 1947. Married, three children, three grandchildren. Resides in Rumson, New Jersey. Graduated Brooklyn College, New York, New York, B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Wiener is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in the States of New Jersey and New York. Mr. Wiener was the principal of his own firm from 1975 to 1997 and was the principal of the David C. Wiener and Company Division of CohnReznick LLP until October 31, 2014. He is now Managing Member of David Wiener and Company LLC, an affiliate of EisnerAmper LLP. This diversified accounting and consulting practice encompasses all aspects of public accounting, and specializes in advertising agencies and other communications companies. He is further involved in related matters of M&A, finance and business development, tax and estate planning, business negotiations, executive compensation matters, litigation settlements, and business and management advisory services. Mr. Wiener was a director of Chiat/Day inc. Advertising before the 1995 sale to Omnicom. He has represented or represents, in various capacities, over 200 marketing services companies, including Deutsch, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Kirshenbaum & Bond, Fallon, Mercury Public Affairs, Ammirati and Puris, 72andSunny, Crispin Porter, Carmichael Lynch and Marina Maher Communications. Mr. Wiener also serves on the Leadership Council of The American Committee for The Weizmann Institute of Science and is a founder and director of The Benjamin Wiener Foundation. He was also the recipient of the 2009 Ellen Glesby Cohen Leadership Award from The Lymphoma Research Foundation.
