André ILUNGA NDABAN'AKWA wurde am 31.12. in Bulungu geboren. Er besuchte die Grundschule in Mpem-Tura M.C Dwe, seine humanistischen Studien im Petit Séminaire Saint Pierre Canisius Kinzambi. Er hat einen Abschluss in Philosophie, einen Abschluss in Theologie und einen Abschluss in Umweltwissenschaften von der Universität Kinshasa. Er ist Arbeitsleiter am ISP DULA (pro.Kwilu).
