LEMANA ONANA possui um Diploma de Professor do Ensino Secundário - Filosofia e uma opção PH/D em Filosofia: ética e política obtida na Universidade de Yaoundé I em 2012. É professor-pesquisador no Departamento de Filo-Psycho-Socio da Universidade de Dschang.
