Autorenporträt
Emmanuel Decaux, professor at Université Paris II (Panthéon-Assas). He has published on Public International Law and Human Rights. He is a Human rights expert within various International Organizations, notably UN, OSCE and Francophonie. He is currently a member of the Commission nationale consultative des droits de l'homme (France) and the Director of the Centre de recherche sur les droits de l'homme et le droit humanitaire (CRDH). El Hadj Malick Sow is a Senegalese Judge. He is currently the Coordinator of the Comité Sénégalais des Droits de l'Homme. He participates in various Judges and Human Rights experts' network within the United Nations and the Francophonie.
