Brenda is a retired secondary and college teacher of thirty years. She continues to write and speak about grief to community groups, schools, and grief organizations. Brenda was a presenter on Memory Gardens at the National Compassionate Friends Convention in Hollywood, CA. She is the author of Dog Gone: Boomer's Story, a story about pet loss for a young reader.
