A Novel of mystery, romance, and the paranormal awaits the reader in this monumental work by Marie Belloc Lowndes. Ghosts and seances abound. It was not Varick who told Blanche Farrow of that painful incident of his past life. Classic Horror from one of the best and earliest of the genre.
