The constitutional precept of Living Well tries to be translated into public policies of the Plurinational State of Bolivia (EPB). The great limitation is to move from the philosophical plane to the economic modeling, due to several factors such as: (i) limited interpretation of the Andean Cosmovision, whose seed lies in properly understanding the native languages such as Aymara and Quechua (not simply translating the principles), (ii) lack of a multidimensional index of Living Well (metric) that allows the design of plans, programs and projects, internalizing our philosophy in the construction of indicators that better describe our reality and iii) the need for an articulating piece that allows us to connect the philosophical with the economic model, such as the productive paradigm called Bioeconomy, which links the biological that is LIFE with the economic base that resides in what we produce and its social, environmental and cultural impacts, all within the search for a society based on ontocracy that the good government of biocommunities.
