Thadei Mwereke: Studied BA (Phil) Kinshasa (DRC), STL Berkeley California (U.S.A), MA (Phil) University of London (U.K), MAPSE Northampton University College (U.K), Cert. TEFL Milton Keynes(U.K). Currently he is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations at the Open University of Tanzania, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
