Ra'Lysha Hampson, age 31, WV native, and first time Author of "From Striving to Thriving." She believes art in any form is a great release. "It's easy to get overwhelmed with life. The key is to feel it, acknowledge it, and let it go." Her children Ellisiona and Corleone are her motivation. She is a survivor of the American justice system and domestic violence. These poems tell her story of decent and redemption.
