After a brief time away from North Carolina, God saw fit to lead her and her family back to her roots and her childhood church home of Olive Branch, in Parmele NC. She serves as the church clerk and sings in the choir. She also helps her husband with the media ministry and is active in the Women's ministry. In addition to caring for her family and her church work, Dutchess works full-time as a customer service representative outside of the home.
