George Dunn has lived in St. Albans for almost 80 years, having moved from Wales on the Labour Exchange Scheme. He served in the Royal Engineers during the Second World War, and was part of the Dunkirk Evacuation. Carrie Dunn is a journalist based in north-west London. She has written for the Guardian, The Times, the Independent, and the Daily Express, and lectures in journalism and media practice at various universities.
