Cecelia lives in south Kansas City and has been married to her husband, Paul for over 40 years. Paul and Cecelia are the Children's Directors at First A/G in Raytown, MO. They also work with 5-6 year old boys on Wednesday night in a program called Royal Rangers. They have 2 grown children, a son and daughter, and three granddaughters.
