Dr. Stefan A. Carter is a Holocaust survivor and distinguished member of the medical profession, a retired professor from the University of Manitoba, and a highly respected citizen of Winnipeg. Over the past fifty years, he has made significant contributions to his city, to his profession and the medical community of Canada.
