Zhixia Chen is a professor at College of Public Administration of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. The Founding chairman of International Association on Behavioral Public Administration, and International Conference on Behavioral Public Administration. She is engaged in interdisciplinary research on behavioral public administration(applied social psychology and social management), organizational behavior, and human resource management. She is interested in leadership behavior, city well-being, stereotype, prejudice and bullying on workplaces, job performance, job stress, perceived organizational support, etc. She has published 6 books and 100+ articles on PA/OB/HRM/IP in English and Chinese. Professor Susan Fiske, Bradley Wright, Asmus Olsen, ChungAn Chen, Lijun Chen, Liang Ma, et al. are leading scholars in this area.
