Rédacteur en chef : M. Marian Mogildea est titulaire d'un doctorat en physique de l'Université de Bucarest et a terminé sa maîtrise à l'Université de Lecce, en Italie, où il a étudié la physique des plasmas. Il est actuellement chercheur principal à l'Institut des sciences spatiales (ISS) de Bucarest, en Roumanie.
