There is throat cutting competition among the individuals in all the spheres of life whether it is educational or vocational. Living in the period of rapid economic development, talent competition and dramatic changes of the social environment, Professional college students face more and more problems such as academic competition, ability to challenge, interpersonal confusion, love troubles, employment pressure, etc. In the present scenario, frustration seems to be in the air. Ask any man, if he is feeling happy, contended the generally answer is in negative. Frustration is common in our society. In this era, explosion of population and changing dimensions have brought a rapid change in socio-economic scenario of human life. The mutual relationship, principles of co-existence and tolerance have got a major setback in these days (Siddiqi, 2001). The educators are worried about the growing indiscipline in the society and in the educational institutions. This has caused deterioration in education. Some of the educationists are of the view that this indiscipline is indication of frustration in various forms among college students. Many researchers have been conducted on frustration in other countries but in India this territory appears to be yet an unexplored one. Nowadays frustration has increased a lot. Burden and more mechanical life have increased stress and frustration among human beings. Individual has so many emotions, aspirations and desires to be fulfilled. He/she plans and strives hard for his/her realization but it may be possible that despite his/her best planning and efforts he/she may not get the desired success. At times he/she finds himself/herself in the state of utter confusion and bewilderment. Every human being experiences emotions. Positive emotions add excitement and give strength and endurance to the body while the repeated failures in the attempts puts one into a state or condition called as frustration (Bhatnagar, 2012).The Frustration problems may arise from the demands of the educational system due to learner's expectation and the educational process or both.
