SPICE-based simulation tool and it allows electronic
engineers to perform SI and EMI analyses of specific
PCB layout using the familiar SPICE-based design

simulation tool. To speed up the circuit extraction
computational time, fast and accurate computation of
the matrix elements in the MoM formulation is very
essential. Based on the derived approximated
analytical expressions for the selected basis
functions used in the full-wave formulation, this
book presents an efficient and accurate method to
evaluate the impedance elements in the MoM matrix.
Autorenporträt
Dr. Chua obtained his B.Eng degree in Electrical Engineering from
the University of New South Wales in 1998, M.Eng degree from
Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2002 and Ph.D degree
from NTU in 2007. He is a member of IEEE and his research
interests are computation electromagnetic, EMC and signal
integrity modelling of PCB and IC packaging.
