Autorenporträt
Stacie Hyatt, president and CEO of the Society for Alumni Club Leadership (SACL), is wildly passionate about volunteer alumni leaders and the success of each alumni network. Her enthusiasm stems from personal experience in witnessing how often lives and careers are completely transformed, sometimes through just a single alumni interaction. Hyatt graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her MBA. She has been serving in leadership roles for the Wharton Club of Dallas-Fort Worth, including president and vice president of programs, and she currently serves on its Board of Directors. She has overseen some of the club's most successful years. In 2006, along with other local alumni leaders, she cofounded the Dallas Business Club (DBC), which has grown to represent more than 25 local MBA alumni clubs and tens of thousands of local alumni. Her personal experience and exposure to the vast network of DBC alumni club officers has yielded a unique expertise in establishing, managing and growing alumni clubs. Hyatt also earned a BS in bioengineering from Texas A&M University, where she has served as a member and the chairman for the department's Industry Advisory Board. Her commitment to the community extends beyond academics into active leadership of and participation in professional, humanitarian, and women's organizations such as the Tech Titans, the Salvation Army and the Executive Women's Roundtable, among others.
